| Description | Hi Kerwin STB with a tombstone(com.android.bluethooth) every 10 seconds is being observed in the field. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BPM-11919 https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BPM-11932 This symptom is observed in products(INTEK/INNOPIA/FXN) including BT When this tombstone occurs, an issue occurs that the RCU key does not work for 1 to 2 seconds. As a result of SKB's review, it can occur in various VoC forms. So SKB requested a review of the improvement method for STB where this tombstone occurs frequently. Please check it YK.Jung | ||||

Hi YK, It's hard to say this is a HW issue of BT chip. As I remember, we had similar bluetooth tombstone issue and root cause was on crystal. (https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=1427) But this issue also happens on products(INTEK/INNOPIA/FXN). The probability of HW damage is lower. Thank you! |
